About 2-3 hours after eating the double cheeseburger I began to get cramps followed by nausea, watery mouth and diarrhea. I was sick twice and had a fever. I have been on bed rest since yesterday, drinking water as advised by NHS.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps

I ordered a quarter pounder meal and a 4 piece nuggets from Mc Donals in New Brighton MN and I got food poisoning from it. I’ve had diarrhea and nausea since and I can feel it getting worse. Just horrible  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
