Ate at 11pm in the morning got up at half past nine due to nausea and when I vomit, a jet came out of my very best. It lasted until 18:00 and I was taken to hospital. Almost died. I was lucky that I was taken to hospital.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

The food at McDonald's we bought a signature meat dish I bought nuggets and I think I'm as sick as my son so far he's vomited he made all the liquid he's not very well I contacted the ambulances who told me what to do we'll wait… See more

Last night. I was eating my nuggets, and my fries and I started having a stomachache and nausea, then overnight I vomited and I still have nausea but also diarrhea this morning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
