On Tuesday noon, our 7-year-old son had a happy meal with fries, nuggets, majo, ketchup and fanta. Wednesday morning stomach ache then diarrhea. Thursday diarrhea and vomiting. He was in the hospital for 5 nights and had to get to the drip. diagnosis salmonella infection.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

6/30/2021 7:31pm my twins and I ate chicken nuggets, cheesburgers, fries and sprite. My 3 year old now has a fever. My other 3 year old threw up. I am an adult and have a horrible stomach ache.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Fever, Stomach Pain
