Double quarter pounder with cheese. Woke up in the middle of the night severe stomach pain, vomiting, diarrhea, chills, fever. This lasted around 5 hours until I fell asleep again. Chills and fever all day since. Ground beef might be the worst thing to throw up in my opinion.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Stomach Pain

I ate the new crispy chicken sandwich and and the piece of chicken was bigger than I was used to. About 5 hours later I was vomiting and had bad diarrhea. I will not be eating there again.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
