Came in to get food , ended up ordering the taco box with the 12 tacos , I ate one on the way home. Then ate 3 more once I got home about 5 hours later I woke up throwing up later had the chills and unbearable body aches  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Body Ache

I had tacobell yesterday night and woke up at 5am to stomach pain and nausea. I continued to throw up till 2pm until I was taken to the ER for dehydration and severe nausea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Stomach Pain
