Wendy’s — after eating both parties are sick to stomach hours later. Also diarrhea, nausea, headache. Please inspect restaurant & ensure workers didn’t do this intentionally. Very scared.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Headache
