flight was delayed, offered food to purchase. bought the beef stew, started throwing up on the fight, got off the plane and was takening for the hospital for low heart rate, fever, diarrhea, vomiting. doctor ruled food poisoning  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

Flight 914 Paris to Washington Dulles. Started feeling my tummy rumble mid flight about 45 minutes after eating. Landed and barely got to bathroom before explosive diarrhea. Started b omitting on taxi ride home (boy did that driver get a big tip). Now I am in bed with chills shivers and headache  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills

My son ate a buffalo chicken wrap on the flight from DC to Denver. Within two hours he started feeling sick. He spent two hours in the ER receiving IVs for dehydration and anti-nausea medication. Filed a complaint with United but doubt we will hear anything.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dehydration
