For food poisoning from a roast beef sandwich on a United Airline flight from Lihue, Hawaii to Denver, Colorado. The sandwich is the only thing I've eaten that my husband has not. Vomiting, diarreah, nausea, stiff neck, headache, body aches.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Body Ache
