bought sliced vitamin D white mushrooms on 12/30/2020. 30 minutes after ingesting them, i developed a pounding headache and terrible gas/nausea. the gas was terrible smelling. i started vomiting 3 hours after eating.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Gas
