Ate 2 bowls 4/14 was 3-4 hrs later bloated, gas pains, upset stomach, diarrhea for 8 hrs.

Approx 8 hrs after consuming my favorite cereal, Lucky Charms, I began to have severe stomach cramps and nausea. The next morning my stool was suddenly green and mixed with diarrhea. I was eating lucky charms for a traveling snack and everytime I did that I had severe diarrhea, nausea and abdominal pain. I don't eat them anymore and I'm fine now.
