1/30/23，不确定上午 11 点 30 分左右我吃了一个没有泡菜也没有奶酪的辛辣豪华鸡肉三明治。下午 5 点我吃了 Jack 在盒子里的鸡肉牧场脆皮三明治。星期天，我醒来时出现了偏头痛，感觉恶心。上午 11 点 45 分左右我吃了第二个脆皮鸡肉三明治。后来在下午 4 点 15 分在 CA Fish grill 吃了晚饭。这是夏威夷三重奏。虾、羽衣甘蓝和西葫芦。下午 4:45 之后我立刻感觉到胃痉挛、腹泻、发冷、恶心和头痛。星期二早上我去了急诊室，被诊断出患有胃病毒。我服用了几次抗恶心药物然后继续吃小子饮食。截至今天，我感觉好多了，但有轻微的胃部不适和偏头痛。

I had dinner with my husband Jan 21st. Later that night we both started feeling bloated. The next morning, we started feeling nausea, heart burn, sore muscles and shivering. This was the only meal we had together in the last 24 hours.

Constant diarrhea and vomiting extremely painful stomach cramps from eating a chicken sandwich and fries from this location. Only food I had before I got sick. Beware.

Went to Chick Fil A yesterday for lunch. Haven't been able to hold anything down since. That is all I ate yesterday. Lots of nausea, stomach cramps
