来自 Chipotle 的蔬菜碗，吃午饭后 6 小时内开始发烧，发冷，身体疼痛。症状持续到晚上 11 点，胃肿。晚上 11 点开始腹泻和午餐呕吐后感觉好些

I had the kids chicken quesadilla, pinto beans, white rice, chips, and apple juice. Noticed after eating the chips I got really sick. I will never eat here again!!!! Throwing up, nauseated, diarrhea, and achy!!

Ate chipotle chicken burrito for lunch and 3 hours later was vomiting, diarrhea with a fever.
