下午 6 点我去了 Chipotle，多订了一个鸡肉卷饼。我的未婚夫点了一顿类似的饭但是牛排是蛋白质。到早上 8 点我已经呕吐了，出现了腹泻。随着时间的推移，我的症状因发烧和发冷而恶化。这是我一年来第一次回到这个地方，因为虽然我没有生病，但这个地方一团糟。这次在高峰时段比较干净，但我病得很严重。
