从发冷和腹泻开始。进展为严重的寒战和腹泻，基本上是每 15 分钟喷出一次浑浊的水。凌晨 2 点醒来，在厕所里猛烈呕吐 5 次。有更多的腹泻。整个晚上呕吐更多。感觉我的肠子里有抽筋。没有它马上回来就几乎不能喝任何东西。尽管房子是 75 度，但我还是冻结了。即使使用泰诺也能轻度发烧。晚餐时间是 11 月 22 日星期一从那里的牛排卷饼来的。
