I ate from the hot food buffet bar - pulled pork, pulled chicken, tortillas, cheese, guacamole. An hour before my flight landed I started feeling ill. Vomiting and diarrhea started once I got home and I’ve been in bed with a fever and body aches for the past day.

Chicken Cesar salad wrap, Symptoms started about an hour after eating the sandwich. Only 1 person had it.
