我喜欢芒果，所以当我看到好市多展示的有机兰格斯芒果花蜜时，我买了一些。味道很棒。几周后，我买了更多。实际上是两个水罐。我在晚餐时喝了一杯，大约三个小时后我得了严重的腹泻然后正在呕吐。一方面，我可以数出成年后我呕吐的次数。感觉就像有东西在我的胃里发酵，需要释放压力，，，现在。这种情况持续了大约六个小时，然后平静下来。我以为这是个糟糕的卷饼，第二天还不错。疲惫又虚弱，但还不错。两晚后，同样的事情发生了。我还没把果汁带回好市多。

我买了 Seasons Wild Caught Sardines，吃了罐装四小时后我发现弧菌食物中毒了。病得很重。呕吐、血性腹泻、头痛、脱水。注意沙丁鱼罐头。他们可以携带弧菌。
