周五3月20日去了Dave and Busters。上床睡觉后在21日凌晨3点醒来，胃部剧痛。我最终呕吐并腹泻直到大约早上7点（伴有低烧、寒战和身体疼痛）。我和女朋友点了柠檬胡椒鸡翅。她咬了一口说味道不太好，而我遗憾地把它们吃完了。她很好，没有任何症状。

After taking my son and his friends to Dave and Busters two weeks ago, when I got home 3 hours after eating I became nauseous and started vomiting for about 4-5 hours every twenty minutes.

Went in at 3:00 on Thursday, Dec. 27th, 2018. I got a Dave’s double burger, my wife got a Kale chicken caesar salad. The food took 45 minutes to come to the table from the time we ordered it. Burger was a bit on the lukewarm side…

Got the lettuce ceasar chicken wrap 2 weeks ago. Caused bloody stool, went to the hospital and it was confirmed e coli.
