我和我的儿子从麦当劳的三明治中购买了四分之二的思考三明治，里面是血腥的粉红色，而我的儿子直到吃完所有的东西之后才意识到这一点，只有一小块。一个小时后，我儿子发烧、呕吐、腹泻、真正的腹痛和头晕。

My son threw up this morning, kids wanted McDonald's last night. I ordered him 6 piece mighty kids meal mcnugget happy meal and he threw everything up the next morning. He rarely throws up, this is our last visit to mcdonalds to risky. Employees should use better hygiene.......
