My son and I purchase two quarter ponder sandwiches from Mc Donald’s sandwiches were bloody pink on the inside and my son didn’t realize it until he had already ate all of it but a small piece. A hour later my son got fever, vomiting, diarrhea, real abdominal pain and dizziness.

My son threw up this morning, kids wanted McDonald's last night. I ordered him 6 piece mighty kids meal mcnugget happy meal and he threw everything up the next morning. He rarely throws up, this is our last visit to mcdonalds to risky. Employees should use better hygiene.......
