我在晚上 9 点半左右吃了麦当劳，吃完麦当劳后上床睡觉感觉有点恶心。早上 8 点 45 分左右醒来时腹痛，带走了 Pepto Bismol，无法上班，试图小睡，呕吐了大块薯条和摇晃，这些薯条在 14 小时后显然没有消化。一整天都因偏头痛、背痛和腹痛而感到恶心。
