周五下午 5 点 15 分左右，我从麦当劳那里得到了一美元的鸡肉三明治。直到周六醒来时我才开始出现症状，而且身体虚弱以至于我什至无法起床。我仍然非常恶心，而且我也觉得自己会一直晕倒。周日早上 2 点左右，我确实昏倒了，腹泻非常严重，整天我腹泻了大约一个小时。

Ate about 8:55 am this morning, Wednesday may 30th in Eagle, Idaho. I ate a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle and a hash brown. This is the only meal I have eaten today so I know it has come from there.
