My coworker and I ordered online Panera for delivery for 11am on 12/7/2018 from Panera on Fremont pike in Perrysburg, Oh. This was the first thing I ate all day. 3 1/2 hours later I had nausea, diarrhea, sweating, and fever. I went home had more stomach…
