Ate the summer corn chowder. Fever spiked to 102 the following night and I had diarrhea and nausea all day

Tomato soup and a steak/white cheddar panini. Vomiting and fever started 12 hours later and lasted for 14 hours. 48 hours later and I am still severely dehydrated and can't eat.
