Not sure I got food the other day and I ate it when I got home and a couple hours after eating it my stomach started to hurt so I just went to sleep the next day I woke up and had diarrhea and my stomach hurt and felt like I had to throw up

I just got one taco, crunchy. Then I became violently ill. Had to go to the doctor. I have the receipt and doctor's report. Had to miss work and this was my first sick day in over 6 years. Thinking about my next steps. I'm never going back there.

My husband and I have both been up all night. We ate shredded chicken, potatoes and he had meat. Only common denominators were; nacho cheese, lettuce and potatoes.
