2021 年 7 月 9 日晚上 7 点左右，我吃了 2 个纳乔奶酪 Doritos locos 玉米饼（仅限牛肉、奶酪和生菜）。吃完我的食物之后我立即有肚子疼。然后在晚上 9 点左右我的腹痛加重了，我变得恶心了。在 7 月 10 日凌晨 2 点至 7 点之间，我会多次去洗手间，因为腹泻非常水汪汪。上午 7 点 20 分左右，我扔了 5 至 6 次，同时仍然有严重的腹泻，并且由于脱水而处于消失的边缘，感觉非常虚弱。截至上午 11 点 40 分，我仍然感觉非常虚弱，很难吃东西。

Taco bell beef, My daughter and I both started feeling discomfort in our stomaches yesterday afternoon. It was about an hour after we ate taco Bell. We both had a taco with beef. My daughter has been vomiting even in her sleep with diarrhea and dame for me.
