昨天 04/01/24 一顿十块鸡肉温迪斯大餐。这是我吃的最后一顿饭我点了一顿十块的鸡块餐，里面有炸薯条和草莓柠檬水。04/01/24 我大约在凌晨 4 点左右醒来。有严重的恶心和腹泻。回去睡觉了，我的胃现在还很痛，我不得不再次去洗手间。

I had the 4 for 4 crispy chicken but with the nuggets and fries and honey mustard and the natural lemonade. This happened Tuesday August 20th 2019. After eating it that same night I had diarrhea and the following 2 days after I was constantly going to the toilet throughout the whole day.
