Taco salad March 2, 2020.I brought the taco salad for work and ate half of it and in 2 hours was nauseous and started vomiting and it lasted for 23 hours

I am experiencing severe nausea with a high probability of vomiting at any moment. I ate there about 30 minutes ago; I got a 4 for 4 jr bacon meal. It could be any component of the burger, the fries, the sweet n sour sauce and nuggets or the diet coke.
