In many cases like this one, the issue isn’t the final product itself but a shared ingredient. In this case, a dry milk powder supplied by a third-party manufacturer is used across multiple food brands. That’s why the recall can span different products and labels. When the FDA publishes recalls, they do include supplier and distribution information when it’s confirmed, but sometimes the investigation is still ongoing at the time of the initial alert.
