Ate at chili's in lake havasu on Saturday around 5:30-6pm as I do a lot with my wife before watching a movie. I ordered the Fajita trio with steak shrimp and chicken served with bell peppers, onions and vom3s with tortillas beans and rice. I noticed Sunday morning I had diahreah nausea and some vomiting. It's now Monday night and the diahreah continues so I may go to the doctor... | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
