Had a sofritas bowl about 1pm with guacamole and sour cream, by 5pm I was violently ill - vomiting and watery diarrhea all night and the next day. Had a hard time keeping even water down. Still unable to eat much food. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
