Had a sofritas bowl about 1pm with guacamole and sour cream, by 5pm I was violently ill - vomiting and watery diarrhea all night and the next day. Had a hard time keeping even water down. Still unable to eat much food. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
