I ate a bowl of white rice with shredded chicken, black beans, tomatoes, corn and sour cream for lunch. The symptoms of nausea and vomiting started in the evening followed by severe diarrhea for 3 consecutive days even with bismuth subsalicylate treatment (6 pills a day).
