I ate a chicken bowl with brown rice, black beans, corn salsa, pico de gallo and cheese. I ate around 2:30pm on Saturday May 27, 2017. I started regurgitating at 7pm, it is now 9pm and I am still regurgitating and also have diarrhea and a fever. Chipotle was the only thing I have eaten all day. | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
