On March 7th 2018 at 6p.m. I went to my local Chipotle restaurant for some dinner. I decided to go with an old favorite I haven't had in a while. I ordered the barbacoa hard shell tacos with lettuce, cheese, mild salsa and rice, guacamole and chips on the side. At about 2a.m. that morning I woke up with a really bad gut ache ran to the bathroom and threw up. I would go on to vomit around 20 more times that morning. I felt so miserable I thought I was dieing, it was one of the worst illnesses I've ever had! I got to the doc at 2p.m. received some meds one of which was for nausea. Took me a couple days to get back to normal. Was this a result of food poisoning from Chipotle, who knows maybe maybe not but I do know I haven't eaten there since and I haven't been sick since... | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
