Ate lunch 4/16/18 at 3:30pm. I had chicken burrito bowl. Started feeling poorly at 10:00pm. Got progressively worse.. diarrhea first, then vommited violently several times at 1:00am and several times again at 9:00am. Fever last night and this morning. | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 呕吐
