Bought a salad with kale, romaine, fried onions, cherry tomatoes, corn, and Mexican Caesar dressing at 2 pm on Friday. I couldn’t eat anything else on Friday night. On Saturday morning, I had coffee. Then proceeded to have diarrhea and nausea all day. Vomiting and diarrhea didn’t stop until Sunday. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
