I ate at Panera Bread restaurant at the NorthLake Mall in Charlotte, NC on Saturday, May 2 near 1pm. I ordered chicken noodle soup and 1/2 a Turkey Bravo sandwich. I became ill about 8 hours later and suffered a strange headache, earache and lightheadedness. I took two Tylenol tablets and went to bed. About 2 hours later, I woke up and had to wretch everything that was in my stomach. I vomited several times, which was followed by diarrhea. It was horrible. The only thing out of the norm the day prior was the lunch at Panera. So, I think their soup or sandwich ingredients are to blame. I just want the restaurant chain to take another look at their Turkey Bravo ingredients because it really hit me hard and almost sent me to urgent care.
