Had a breakfast sandwich (bacon, egg, cheddar cheese) and a few hours later I had a fever, severe diarrhea, sweating, and vomiting. This is the only thing that could've possibly caused it because everything else I ate that day was vegan. | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心
