Had a breakfast sandwich (bacon, egg, cheddar cheese) and a few hours later I had a fever, severe diarrhea, sweating, and vomiting. This is the only thing that could've possibly caused it because everything else I ate that day was vegan. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

What did you eat the day before, and the day before that? Vegan food can make you sick as well.
