Went inside and ordered food to go. I got a triple layer nacho, cheesy fiesta potatoes, and a #10 with a Baja blast. I also got a cheesy bean and rice burrito that I planned on eating later. I ate everything but the burrito around 7:30/8pm, and by 10pm I had diarrhea. By midnight, I was throwing up. I had diarrhea every 20 minutes or so and threw up 4 times. It's now these days later and I still have horrible diarrhea. I've never been sick from Taco Bell in my life until now. The restaurant seemed pretty laid back in their standards. A woman who wasn't in an uniform went behind the counter, disappeared in the back, and came back with a little boy who looked to be 7 or 8 years old. Why are they allowed behind the counter at all? That seems incredibly unsanitary. I'll never return to this Taco Bell again after this experience. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
