November 28th, after 4:00 pm, we got a Mushroom Char & Tri-Tip Steak Sandwich with Fries, Onion rings and Green Beens. By 8:00 pm we got very sick and was sick all night. Given the issues with Chipotle, you wold think that establishments such as The Habit Burger Grill would pay more attention of food safety! | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
