I ordered a pepperoni pizza yesterday and ate it with my sister around 5. Today which is the following day from the food I was nauseous and woken up by it. I threw up at 5am and had diarrhea until this moment. I had to take the sat with diarrhea and nausea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我今天去喝了我平常的咖啡，我和焦糖玛奇朵混合，然后加入法国香草奶精。我正在上班的路上，大约一个小时的路程。开车大约 30 到 40 分钟后，我的胃开始受伤，我感到头晕和恶心。到我上班的时候，痛苦已经非常严重了，我以为我只需要使用洗手间。我的胃痛太严重了，我几乎无法进入工作岗位。上完洗手间后，我开始呕吐。我的胃痛太严重了，我一直呕吐直到胃空了。但是痛苦不断来来去去。我最后不得不去看医生治疗

我吃了一半的水牛鸡条 hoagie 然后我丈夫吃了另一半。我还有一个小 mac n 奶酪，但我丈夫没有。我在下午 5 点 30 分至 6 点左右吃了这个。晚上 9 点左右开始变得恶心。晚上 11 点呕吐也有腹泻。凌晨 1 点再次呕吐。腹泻超过12个小时。发烧、发冷、出汗和身体疼痛都伴随着这个。我丈夫完全没事。

Last thing I ate yesterday at 8pm, $5 Chicken and Avo sandwich. At 2am, I woke up to my stomach swelling and getting upset. It’s 7am now and my temperature is very hot, thrown up 3 times already with chunks of chicken, sweating a lot and I feel really weak.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 肿胀, 出汗

I think it was the delivery people who passed this to me, since the orders were from two different restaurants, Ordered from Zoup on Friday night, violently ill all day Saturday. Ordered from how ah on Monday night, violently ill on Tuesday. Both were delivered by Grubhub.  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 恶心
