I purchased El Monterey Beef, Bean, Cheese flavored chimichangas and woke up early in the morning have severe diarrhea and constipation my stomach felt very sour and painful, I was also dizzy and nauseous. I was very uncomfortable for over 2 hours! It definitely feels like food poisoning.  | 症状: 腹泻, 煤气, 便秘, 头晕, 恶心

前几天我也在家具店吃了午餐。我点了素食肉丸菜。晚上（大约4-5小时后）我突然感到非常严重的腹痛和胃痛。这不可能是巧合，所以我很快就把它与食物联系起来了。我怀疑这是食物中毒，因为我了解自己的不耐受情况，而配料表中没有列出任何此类物质。
