昨晚我去喝茶，吃了我平时的巨无霸餐和奶酪叮咬，我没有吃完所有的东西，因为汉堡自己装满了我，所以我们开车约 25 分钟车程回家，当我 9 点半回到家时，我感觉真的很恶心，跑了半个小时然后在 11 点半扔了 3 次然后我本来想去睡觉，但是整夜每隔一两个小时我都会生病 4 次，每次我难以入睡，现在有发冷，胃痛，坏腹泻，甚至连水都不能喝水而没有水再回来

我在 2019 年 1 月 24 日下午 2 点左右去了麦当劳，我订购了四分之一磅的奶酪和薯条。我吃了食物，然后在一个小时左右的时间内走过市中心，我开始生病，生病了多次，感到头晕，我不得不回到朋友那里找一个家庭成员来接我起来因为我不住在韦斯顿，现在我不能坐公共汽车了。当我回到家时，我的体温已经达到了 39.2，我在病得很重的同时感到非常恶心和头晕！当这一切发生的时候我还有两个朋友和我在一起

Got variety bucket Tuesday afternoon the whole family excluding 11 month Baby ate the KFC. and in the evening we started feeling funny and then started vomiting and diaherria it’s now 24hours and we are all still sick .
