Order: classic chicken burger with chips
The chicken did not look very advertising but still ate the burger. Also, the lettuce was not fresh, but I don't know if lettuce can make me this sick!?  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

Order a gourmet beef burger at around 1am 25th November 2018. At around 9 am started feeling uncomfortable with some gurgling symptoms in my stomach. By 12pm, I was in a full fever, vomiting violently and had cold shakes mixed with intense heat.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I hate 3 peices of chicken 1 nugget a couple chips and potato and gravy. I woke up at 4:30am to vomit then again at 5:30am and the last time i vomited at 6am. And i havent vomited since but still have a upset stomach and feel nausaious  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
