My 8yr old daughter just had a cheeseburger from the McDonald's. She has thrown up 4 times and has a high fever now. She ate nothing for at least 3 hours prior and of course nothing after so although I can't prove it, i believe it's quite obvious. We will be avoiding this location.  | 症状: 发烧, 呕吐

I ordered a salmon sushi burrito from the restaurant and ate it around 1 on yesterday. I was woken up at 4 am and vomited constantly till 8 am. I was not go to school today due to constant nausea and vomiting.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

3 月 25 日，我和我的家人在威斯勒寿司村吃饭。半小时后，我有可怕的胃痉挛、呕吐和腹泻。第二天我太虚弱了，无法滑雪或做任何事情。那时我回到餐厅告诉我，我受到 “一定是过敏症” 的评论的欢迎。没有采取任何行动来表达同理心（例如报销餐费），我认为这是一个大错误。最后，他们在激烈的电话交谈之后做到了。我知道餐厅可能会发生事故，但通用汽车处理情况的方式是关键。显然，在这里，他们需要审查自己的政策，以确保客户得到良好的对待。

I ate Mcdonald’s at 7:15 pm yesterday and went home and was fine, then woke up at 7 am to go to work and had horrible abdominal pain, diarrhea and nausea which then turned into frequent vomiting. I was the only one who ate it.  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 恶心
