卫生检查人员观察到 “汽水机柜、水系统设备室和电气室中有许多不同大小的活蟑螂”，而在厨房设备和冷冻柜后面发现了蟑螂粪便、蟑螂 “身体部位和不同大小的死蟑螂”。

根据3月14日的一份害虫防治报告，餐厅里已经发现了蟑螂。

晚上 6 点左右在 102318 用餐。4 位客人都有不同的菜肴米饭鸡肉鱼等。第二天早上（23 点 30 分）生病的两个人之间的常见菜是鸡肉杂烩。我和妻子都有呕吐腹泻发烧和头痛。之后我们没有其他菜。  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 头痛
