5 月 16 日晚餐时间参观了餐厅，吃了咸蛋 Siew Yoke 炒饭。症状于第二天早上开始，即腹泻、呕吐、恶心；晚上发烧。医生诊断出患有急性肠胃炎。腹泻持续了 2 天，但仍在计数。
3 周前，另一位吃过 Tomyam 菜的朋友在访问餐厅后也抱怨胃痛。请检查厨房、食物、餐具等的卫生标准。

on 22 march 2018 , 11.00pm, ,I bought mee and take a way from S one one shop at Petaling Jaya ss2 branched as my nightmare. After i ate all about one an hours, my stomach started to linger for a whole night. As i know very well know that my poisoned diet comes from above shop.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心
