Ate rice, char siew, siew yuk, roast chicken, cucumber and drank soya bean. For lunch. Stomach started feeling uneasy the same day before dinner. Vomited and purged until the second day.

星期二晚上我在双威明天美食广场（The One Academy 下方）吃了干锅面。那天晚上我立刻感到消化不良、头晕和发烧开始发烧。我同时感到寒冷和温暖。
第二天，我带了 mc 去看医生。我的屁像烂鱼一样臭得很臭，这是我以前从未发生过的。气味很不寻常。我有 5 次腹泻，包括半夜醒来。它是水汪汪的，继续放开汽油。我的身体很疲劳，没有食欲。请帮助采取必要的措施，检查美食广场的泛面（尤其是鳀鱼），以测试它是否含有细菌。如此严重的食物中毒真是太痛苦了。谢谢你
