我刚刚了解了这个网站，因此延迟了报告。去年，2018 年感恩节过后的一周，我们在墨西哥洛斯卡沃斯度假。我们旅行的第五天晚上我们吃了。回到度假村只需 30 分钟的出租车，当我回到房间时，我开始出现严重的胃痉挛、恶心、呕吐、腹泻、发烧和发冷的症状。这样的剧集是每 15 分钟一次，持续 12 个小时。我太脱水了，我什至无法站起来离开我们的房间。我们终于找到了前台叫出租车送我去医院。我在那里待了整整两天，他们想让我再待一天，但那是我们乘飞机回家的那一天。他们允许我飞回家，但我回家后需要去急诊室。我做到了。我又在当地医院呆了两天。我当时正在服用 5 种不同的药物。我在墨西哥医院接受了很好的治疗，但不幸的是他们给我补充了水分。我不能穿鞋飞回家，他们给我的所有额外静脉注射液中我多了 14 磅的水重。我不确定那天晚上我吃了什么，但我绝对可以找到餐厅收据来验证我吃了什么。

住在克里斯塔尔大度假村享用自助餐。最后一天有抽筋第二天回家 2 月 18 日有恶心腹泻，仍然不能吃任何东西。我任何丈夫都生病了大约 8 小时。另外两对夫妇也生病了一对夫妇被诊断为 ECOLI？。旅行日期 2/14 至 2/18

Ate at Cabo Wabo Cantina and hotel food at Holiday Inn Resort. Last night of vacation and after lunch at Cabo Wabo, had severe stomach spasms followed by bouts of diarrhea. That was two days ago. Home and still can’t eat without running to the bathroom.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

We had lunch at our normal time and I ate ( tacos which they were providing) and after eating them about 20mins later I had to run to the bathroom and than I was fine for the whole afternoon. Than came dinner time and I ate chicken… 更多

My wife and i shared the Filet mignon at 8 pm on Jan 2 2018. This was the only item that nobody else at the table shared. All 4 other patrons were all right. We started having symptoms at 7 am Jan 3, which lasted 3 hours. We stayed in bed the rest of the day at our hotel.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
